The FL-BatchCheck
The FL-BatchCheck was developed for reliable quality control directly at the production machine. It continuously monitors concrete quality and temperature, helping machine operators identify differences in the mix and deviations at an early stage.
This helps reduce disruptions in the production process, prevent complaints, and ensure consistently high quality of the concrete products. At the same time, the system supports a reliable restart of production, for example after product changes or shift changes.
